The Mystical Town of Glastonbury & Ley Lines
Besides all the wacky theatrics the wacky theatrics, Glastonbury is home to ley lines, as well as my North Node line.
What are ley and north-node lines, you may be asking?
Well, ley lines are not the same as planetary lines as in astrology. Planetary lines in astrology refer to Astrocartography which is a system that uses an “Astro*Carto*Graphy Map” to highlight aspects of a birth chart all across the globe.
To simplify, astrocartography is the study of how planetary positions reflect what we experience in different geographic locations.
Whereas, ley lines are energetic, invisible lines that connect some of the world’s most prehistoric and ancient landmarks. They are commonly viewed as a path or location that is the optimum spot to channel energy for paranormal activities. To sense, observe, or connect with the energy of the earth.
According to some, planet Earth possesses a network of energy centers, or chakras, much like our own.
Glastonbury is said to be the heart chakra and lies on a ‘ley line’ – part of an implied network of impressionistic significance said to run across the land in straight, intersecting lengths not unlike a cobweb.
Other leylines and chakras include
I never felt or saw energy vortexes at the Mayan Ruins, Tulum, Mexico; Uluru, Australia; or at the Giza Pyramids in Egypt.
But once I listened back to my recording of when I went to Stonehenge, on that recording, I said there was energy there. I saw a lot of sacred geometry in the sky.
The North Node MC line
Glastonbury’s energy is said to be unmatched. And Stonehenge is only about 1 hour (50.9 mi) from Glastonbury. Not only that, but in astrology, my North Node MC line in my sun sign, Leo, conjuncts the midheaven (exact conjunction) on the 9th which runs through Glastonbury.

What I felt and saw at Glastonbury
Sadly, the only sacred geometry I saw was drawings and pictures of them plastered all over the town.
Interestingly, after climbing the tor and sitting on the hill (of the Tor), I could feel what I can only describe as salty sea air, like when I was in Rabat, Morocco, or anywhere coastal.
The only thing was that Glastonbury is not a seaside town.
However, the history of the town was that most of Glastonbury used to be underwater, like Sedona, another spiritual site with Ley lines.
Or I should have said:
Thousands of years ago, it was an island. Before modern drainage, the Tor in winter would have towered above the flooded Somerset Levels. The hillside terracing is Neolithic, around the same time as Stonehenge.
Whatever it was, it caused me to feel relaxed, at peace, and calm, like I was in a coastal town.
The 9th house, where my NN conjuncts the MC, is where our spiritual identity and higher beliefs reside. Moreover, long journeys, foreign languages, travel, publishing, and higher education.
Glastonbury attracts visitors from all over the world every year. It is said to be the heart chakra of the planet Earth, which attracts people to this mystic location because of its long history of spiritual pilgrimages, its powerful healing energies and sacred locations, and its endearing devotion to the sacred feminine.
More Myths
Supposedly, King Arthur’s body lay in the 8th century abbey. The abbey burned in the 14th century and was later restored. Furthermore, Joseph of Arimathea is said to have brought the Grail (the cup that Jesus drank from at the Last Supper) to Glastonbury.
A pilgrimage is a sacred journey undertaken for a spiritual purpose. Pilgrims are different from tourists: they travel for spiritual reasons, not just to relax or have fun. A pilgrimage is a search for meaning, purpose, values, or truth (and in this sense, like life).
