The Truth about (perfectionist) Virgo: “You’ve Been Served”

Are Virgos perfectionists?

Perfectionist Virgo is the sign that can do no wrong, or so astrologers would have you believe.

Virgos are the most professional sign. They strive for perfection, so it should come as no surprise that Virgo people are some of the most talented people.

Perfectionism involves high expectations that are often unattainable.

Unfortunately, no one is perfect, but Virgo does come damn close.

Three main issues with perfectionism is it creates anxiety, criticism, and exhaustion.

When you are trying to live a “faultless” life, you are constantly worrying about failing at everything.

Your brain is constantly calculating the possibility of making one small mistake. A mistake that will destroy your chances of getting everything you ever imagined.

Virgos don’t like to own up to their mistakes because, in their minds, “they’ve done everything right.” And when things go wrong, they are the victims.

I often see Virgos, especially the women, date men who appear to the outside world as a mismatch, and when things go wrong, everyone blames him.

Even if the Virgo woman has played her part, her actions are often overlooked because Virgos are so sweet and humble—she could not possibly have done anything wrong.

Are Virgos master manipulators?

Nevertheless, the downfall of Virgo’s is that they can be master manipulators.

Perfectionist Virgo natally resides in the 6th house of health, habits, routines, and work (skilled work).

This house is also where you find clothing and tools.

When you apply Virgo’s inherent house themes to their personality, you get a manipulator. In the 6th you find someone that “controls” (a tool, mechanism, information, etc.) in a skilful manner.

Virgo, like all zodiac signs, is nuanced. While they may take pleasure in “managing” others (remember, they are perfectionists), this feature is necessary for Virgos since they may easily become subservient.

Their trait is also one who enables others to dominate them, especially when they have children. As a result, they can fall victim to becoming a doormat.

So you are probably wondering how a person can be both a manipulator and a doormat?

Perfectionist Virgo in Ancient Astrology!

In ancient astrology, Virgo is a nurse, healer, or virgin. And because of 6th house themes, Virgo was a slave.

A servant.

Virgo is a sign that needs to serve.

Delivering and ensuring to their ‘masters’ satisfaction.

Unfortunately, kind people with stereotypical feminine features like submissiveness, servitude, and simplicity (a Virgo) are easier to exploit.

So, you can mistake their kindness for weakness.

If they have a history of being unappreciated, they are bound to want to control their own narrative. To not allow anyone to ever mistreat them again.

If you are a Virgo, you need to trust in your own abilities, qualities, and judgements without another person’s validation. And instead of trying to control people and outcomes, Virgo, use your energy productively.

For you, doing duties neatly and methodically is crucial, but only accomplish one item a day.

Slow progress is needed.

If you are struggling with anxiety, talk to your doctor.

Virgo As a Lover

When it comes to love, Virgos are careful with their hearts. They typically demonstrate it through acts of service.
